All of my work flows with sustainability and value engineering. Early on in my career I began to see the difficult environmental, financial, and communication challenges embedded in complex project teams working on dynamic problems. Teams must constantly search for simple, yet effective solutions, and always looking to reduce waste and improve durability. This is true for any project: communication standard-operating-procedures, construction projects, and food CPG start-ups. 

I excel at galvanizing project teams towards a shared vision, while keeping the job focused, fun, and productive. I can help you do the same.
