Food & Entrepreneurship

I am energized by the experience of our guest speakers and the passion of our students at Tufts University where I am a part-time Lecturer. I teach Food & Entrepreneurship (NUTR 280) to aspiring Masters of Nutrition students at the Friedman School of Nutrition, and I co-teach Product Innovation (EM 221) to aspiring Masters of Innovation Management students at the Engineering School’s Gordon Institute of Entrepreneurship.
